Variety is the spice of life. As such, our specials change on a daily basis. You can ask your server or even call ahead at (618) 523-8888 to find out what we’re featuring on any given day.

 

There are a couple of things you can always count on:

 

On Friday and Saturday nights we feature prime rib. Nothing marinated or precooked. We start with the finest beef, aged from 30 to 45 days. We season it ourselves, roast it to perfection, then carve it to order. If you love beef, then you really must try our prime rib.

 

On Sundays we feature southern fried chicken. Always a county favorite, you’ll find our chicken rivals any around. Crisp and golden on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
